Parental Leave
HORNE offers paid Maternity/Paternity/Adoptive leave with the birth of a team member’s own child or the placement of a child with the team member in connection with an adoption.

Paid Community Service Day
Each team member is given eight hours every year to participate in our Seasons of Service program. The program connects our team members to our local communities.
