Parental Leave

HORNE offers paid Maternity/Paternity/Adoptive leave with the birth of a team member’s own child or the placement of a child with the team member in connection with an adoption.

Paid Community Service Day

Each team member is given eight hours every year to participate in our Seasons of Service program. The program connects our team members to our local communities.

HORNE offers a reimbursement program, for eligible team members, that can cover up to $900 per year for eligible expenses related to health and wellness, such as gym memberships, exercise equipment, and nutritional programs. Employee Assistance Program

HORNE provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Optum, which offers a variety of resources and support services to assist team members and their family members in managing personal and work-related challenges.
